Reactivate your subscription using new admin center (preview):
  • Click on try the preview toggle which is located at the top of the home page.
  • From the admin center, go for Billing and then Products & services.
  • Under the Products & services page, you need to find the subscription that you wish to reactivate. In the Billing section, simple select Reactivate.
  • If you don't see Reactivate as an accessible action, then contact Office 365 Help to reactivate your subscription.
  • Confirm your entire payment details. Once you're done with entering your payment method, select reactivate.
  • When your subscription gets cancelled or being disabled because a payment wasn’t received, then it returns to an active state and you next billing date stays the same.
Reactivate your subscription using the old admin center
  • In the admin center, go to the Billing and then your need to click on subscriptions page.
  • Look for subscription which you want to reactivate and then select reactivate.
  • After that, you need to enter your payment details.
  • If your subscription was expired, then in order to get your subscription return back to an active state, you need to submit your payment details.
  • Also, depending upon your current subscription commitment, your next billing date extends either one month or one year.
  • To ensure that your subscription doesn’t expire again, you need to turn on or off recurring billing.
  • In case your subscription was cancelled or disabled due to payment wasn’t received it will returns to an active state also your next billing date stays the same.
